Guest satisfaction is our number one priority.

In order to assure our valued guests their expectations are in line with what we offer, please carefully review the following policies and related information:  

• We do not accept credit cards, cash only.
• ​Check In: 2:00 PM
• Check Out: 12 Noon 
• All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Any guest who smokes inside any room will be fined ​Php 1,000.
• Php 500 fee for lost key.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Swimming Pool Policies:

• When using the swimming pool, it is the duty of the guests to take safety measures to prevent themselves from any drowning, sliding off and from incurring any injury, damage/ and or loss.​
• Guests are responsible for the welfare of their children.
• They are required to take showers before using the pool.
• Foods and drinks are not allowed within the pool/poolside.

Our rooms are residential style, and our friendly staff are always available to provide guests with fresh towels and bed linens.

We have an outdoor kitchen available for use to any guests that want to prepare their own meals.  Also, we offer cold beers, soft drinks, snacks, and coffee. Purified drinking water is available free of charge.
